Action Place:
•	Is a community hub where a wide range of organizations including the Action Team, the Chamber of Commerce, the Arts and Crafts Committee, Interagency, Festival Planning, East Kentucky Goat Producers Association, and others meet, learn from each other and work cooperatively for changes in our community.
•	Houses a computer lab with 10 new Gateway computers with both printing and Internet accessibility. A VISTA volunteer provides free technology classes to adults and children.
•	Houses CenterNet which consists of a high tech video-conferencing system providing distance learning as well as 4 public computers with Internet accessibility.
•	Houses a laptop lending program.
•	Houses the offices of two Owsley County Action Team employees and an AmeriCorps*VISTA technology volunteer.
