Lone Oak Industrial Park
The 77.6 acre Lone Oak Industrial Park is located 1.5 miles south of the City of Booneville
in Owsley County on KY 11 South. The nearest commercial airport is the Bluegrass Airport in
Lexington approximately 95 miles away. The nearest local air service is available in Jackson,
Kentucky at the Julian Carroll Airport, 20 miles east of Booneville. Water and sewer services
are provided by the City of Booneville Water and Sewer District with a 6-inch water line and an 8-inch gravity line serving the site. Electricity is provided by Jackson Energy

The Pine Ridge Regional Industrial Park consists of 120 acres of land located one mile west of
the Campton city limits in Wolfe County. The four-laned Mountain Parkway interchange is located adjacent to the site
via KY 1653 and KY 3039. The Mountain Parkway leads to the I-64 interchange 41 miles northwest of the site. The Bluegrass
Airport in Lexington, Kentucky is 70 miles northwest of the site.
Water and sewer service are provided by the City of Campton Water and Sewage Company both with 6-inch force main lines.
Natural gas is available through the Jefferson Gas Transmission Company with a 4-inch line 2,800 feet from the site.
Electricity is provided by the Licking Valley Rural Electric Cooperative.

Owsley County Speculative Industrial Building
This 25,920 square foot building is a shell building that can be finished to a company's specifications. The building
was financed by the Southern Kentucky Economic Development Corporation
through a grant from the United States Economic Development Administration (EDA).
The Southern Kentucky Economic Development Corporation will offer a $341,000 low-interest loan to the first company to locate in
the Owsley County Speculative Industrial Building or the Lone Oak Industrial Building.

Lone Oak Industrial Building
This 10,000 square foot building is finished including manufacturing space, office space, and bathrooms. The building
was constructed with split face concrete block with a pre-engineered rigid steel frame.
The Southern Kentucky Economic Development Corporation will offer a $341,000 low-interest loan to the first company to locate
in the Owsley County Speculative Industrial Building or the Lone Oak Industrial Building.
