Eastern Kentucky Renewal Community Federal Renewal Community Tax Incentives   Breathitt, Lee, Owsley and Wolfe Counties are designated a Federal Renewal Community by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Businesses located within this four-county region are eligible for a substantial package of federal tax credits and deductions designed to encourage business investment and the creation of jobs. This assistance will save businesses literally thousands of dollars on their federal income tax.
